Subscription and Pricing

We currently offer 3 subscription tiers. We may add more in the future to adapt to user requests.

You are allowed only one subscription per email address. But you can use your subscription on multiple machines.

By default, yes. However, you can change this setting in your account. Please note that your subscription will be blocked if the renewal is delayed.

There is no proration. When you upgrade or downgrade, it's treated as starting a new subscription. You'll keep your previous neurons, and the new neurons will be added. Top-up tokens are not affected.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription by logging into your account and navigating to the subscription management page.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We don't offer trials, but we provide a free tier with simpler models and a more restrictive monthly neuron count. This allows you to experience our service before committing to a paid plan.

All our sales are final, and we don't offer refunds. You can manage your subscription at any time in your account page, including turning off automatic renewals, upgrading/downgrading, or canceling your subscription.

Neurons and Usage

In ChartGPT and Trading Neural, neurons are the currency used to determine the cost of analysis. This simplifies pricing across multiple models with varying costs and tokenization metrics. One neuron represents a ChartGPT standardized unit of usage.

No, subscription Neurons are reset to the amount specified in your subscription plan at each renewal.

Top-up Neurons accumulate, but subscription neurons are consumed first. Top-up Neurons do not expire.

You can purchase additional neurons on our Top-Up Neurons product page.

Yes, you can track your activity by opening the options window and checking the Usage Log tab. Please note that monitoring usage is your responsibility.

Account and Payment

We require payment information for all tiers, including free, to prevent misuse of our services. However, no charges are applied to free tier accounts. This also simplifies the process if you decide to upgrade in the future.

You can update your payment information by logging into your account and visiting the Payment Methods section.

Yes, you’ll receive an email receipt after each payment. You can also view and download receipts from your account dashboard under the Orders tab.

If your payment fails, we’ll notify you via email and attempt to process the payment again. If the issue persists, please update your payment information to avoid service interruption.

Features and Functionality

Currently, this feature is not available. However, we plan to introduce this option in the future.

Yes, you can use ChartGPT on multiple machines with your credentials. Data is stored locally in Documents\ChartGPT\db\. To consolidate your analysis across devices, consider using cloud storage solutions like Microsoft® OneDrive® to sync your Documents folder.

Our subscriptions are for individual use only. Sharing your subscription details violates our terms of service and may result in account suspension.

Currently, ChartGPT is designed to work as an indicator in NinjaTrader 8.

Not necessarily. If you don’t have tick data, daily sessions are processed using minute data by default. Minute data is sufficient for OHLCV (Open, High, Low, Close, Volume), VWAP, and Volume Profile tabs. You can opt to use tick data if available. For more information, please see our Data Management guide.

No, you can use any provider that offers minute data.

Yes, ChartGPT works with all NinjaTrader® editions, including Free, Lease, and Lifetime. We are not aware of any limitations while using indicators in the Free, Lease or Lifetime Editions.

Models and Performance

Yes, we continuously evaluate new models and will integrate those that best enhance ChartGPT’s capabilities.

Support availability depends on your subscription tier:
  • Pro subscribers: We respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Personal subscribers: We respond within 48 hours.
  • Free subscribers: Please check the documentation first. We may not respond to all inquiries.
  • General inquiries: We respond as time permits.

Data and Privacy

Data Storage Information
Stored on our servers:
Subscription data, Neuron balance, Account Details you shared during the sign up.

Stored locally on your device:
Prompts, Responses, Screenshots, Audio/text notes, Audio syntheses, Credit card information, PayPal details.

Important Note:
We do not have access to any data stored locally on your device. This information remains exclusively on your machine.

Multi-device Usage:
If you use multiple devices, please be aware that:

Locally stored data is not automatically synchronized between devices.
You are responsible for managing and syncing this data across your devices.

While we don’t offer a formal SLA, we strive for high availability. You can check our status page for up-to-date service information.
